I went over to my Gram's house to find the American Health Association's recommended weight for your height.
These are not just for looks, but for your health.
The maxium amount of weight you should be for your height:
(both male and female ages 17 to 35)
4' 11: 114
(these are approved by the american health association, but should not be substituted for physicians care)

okies, i'm new to this whole community thing... how do i make a post in here?
it's moderated (i have to approve peoples posts) just to make such no other members spam or leave rude remarks. Just leave a post, and then i'll do the rest :)
My dieting habits are as random as they are strange.
I have a VERY hard time following a "plan". i'm sure it has to do w/ my " no one is going to tell me what to do" attitude.
Plus being on all this medication makes it even harder.
i keep a close eye on my sodium intake, i can't eat anything canned, or i swell like a balloon. i don't add any salt to my food, i just spice it all up.
I stay away from breads, pasta etc. i watch my sugar...( the red fuzzy sara lee nomes don't visit often)... i drink alot of water, and walk..
and once i lose 12 pounds...... i stay there for months, get disappointed.. and binge.
this is my dieting history.
sounds all too similar sweetie. You don't have to be on a plan. Just limit your calorie intake to about 1200-1500 a day and it will come off. :)
