drink 2 glasses of water before a meal and eat a smaller portion. you'll still feel full afterwards, and the water will help digest the food better.

I went over to my Gram's house to find the American Health Association's recommended weight for your height.
These are not just for looks, but for your health.

The maxium amount of weight you should be for your height:
(both male and female ages 17 to 35)

5'4: 134
5'5: 138
5'6: 142
5'7: 147
5'8: 151
5'9: 155
5'10: 160
5'11: 165
6: 169
6'1: 174

(these are approved by the american health association, but should not be substituted for physicians care)

No Pudge Brownies.

Ok, i've had the pleasure of taste testing these non-fat brownies and i can honestly say they are heaven for a dieter. These are only 120 cals per 2x3 inch square, compared to the 700 cal "average" brownie with a serving size of only 2x2 inches.

They have ALL REAL ingredients as well!

Available in these flavors:

Regular Fudge
Chocolate Mint
Raspberry Chocolate
